Advanced Architectural Proportion: Geometrical Proportioning in Practice and ApplicationRegister Now!
One All-Day Session: Saturday, March 13; 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
This course will build on the fundamentals of Proportion I, focusing on the traditional geometric methodology of applying number in architectural design. Analysis of historical archetypes such as ancient Greek and Roman, Gothic, and Romanesque will be illustrated through demonstrations. Students will also complete a drawing exercise to review with the instructor. Prerequisite: Proportion I or Equivalent
