Hosted by the ICAA Southern California Chapter
Join author and artist Richard E. Scott for a structured, hands-on drawing session focused on observational drawing methods.
Pasadena City Hall (designed by Bakewell and Brown, completed in 1927, listed on the National Register of Historic Places) provides a beautiful setting with its courtyard, dramatic fountain, shaded arcades, and iconic dome. On weekends, City Hall becomes a quiet, meditative space that attracts artists, urban sketchers, and photographers - making it an ideal place to slow down, observe, and draw.
