Join the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art and the Richard Hampton Jenrette Foundation for A City of Houses: The New York Brownstone, Past, Present, and Future with Patrick Ciccone. In this program, featuring Benjamin Prosky, Patrick will discuss the enduring typology of the New York City brownstone.
Patrick W. Ciccone is a New York City–based preservationist. Patrick is the co-author, with the late Charles Lockwood, of Bricks & Brownstone: The New York Row House, the 2019 revised and expanded edition of the classic history of the New York City row house. He is a real estate development consultant specializing in the use of incentives for historic buildings, working on projects in New York State and across the U.S. He is currently the chair of the board of trustees of the Preservation League of New York State.
