WINTER LECTURE
The flood of design images on the internet - from Instagram to Pinterest – can encourage a facile approach to making architecture. Resisting the trend of superficial inspirations, and instead accepting the difficult challenge of careful study of architectural precedent, can enrich the practice of architecture and continually build our design skills. This lecture will be illustrated by projects that are, in part, designed as a response to historical examples.
This event is hosted by an ICAA Chapter. Please check the Chapter website, or contact the Chapter directly, for the most up-to-date details including dates, times, and pricing.
