Hosted by the ICAA Northwest Chapter
Parfaits & Parterres | An Exclusive ICAA NW Members’ Social & Home Tour
Join ICAA Northwest for an extraordinary morning in one of Seattle’s most storied neighborhoods. On Saturday, October 11th, from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM, we’ll gather for a members-only social and private tour of a distinguished French Provincial–style residence in Broadmoor. The tour will be led by ICAA member and homeowner Kylee Shintaffer of Kylee Shintaffer interiors.
Built in 1926 by architect J. Lister Holmes—renowned for his work on the iconic Bloedel Reserve—this home has graced the pages of Architectural Digest and Homes & Gardens. Members and their guests will enjoy an exclusive guided tour of the interiors and gardens, including a beautifully designed parterre.
Featuring interiors by Kylee Shintaffer Interiors. Architecture by Duncan McRoberts Associates. Landscape design by Elizabeth Everdale Garden Design.
To complement the morning, we’ll be serving brunch parfaits, fresh coffee, and blackberry mimosas.
