Hosted by the ICAA Texas Chapter
Join the ICAA Texas Chapter for an immersive weekend exploring the architecture, history, and ongoing revitalization of Mineral Wells—one of Texas’ most compelling and rapidly evolving historic towns.
Through a thoughtfully curated series of private tours, small-group experiences, and conversations, guests will gain rare access to significant places and the individuals leading the town’s transformation—offering a deeper understanding of preservation, design, and development in Texas today.
The weekend begins with a hands-on workshop at Groves Brothers Fabric Studio and a private ICAA Texas welcome at the Flying Pig Festival, complete with VIP seating, live music, and dinner by Smokin’ 3 C’s BBQ. Saturday features behind-the-scenes access to the Baker Hotel, visits to the Crazy Water Company and historic downtown, along with a private home tour and an afternoon at Rest Yourself River Ranch.
The evening concludes at the Crazy Water Hotel with a cocktail reception, panel discussion—Building on Heritage: The Future of Mineral Wells—and a private dinner with panelists. On Sunday, guests will enjoy exclusive access to the Old Rock Schoolhouse and a closing visit to Clark Gardens.
Space is limited. A room block is available at the Crazy Water Hotel under “ICAA.” Please note that accommodations, transportation, breakfast, and lunch are not included.
This event is hosted by an ICAA Chapter. Please check the Chapter website or contact the Chapter directly for the most up-to-date details including dates, times, and pricing.
