2–3 Years of Experience (or equivalent skill level)

We’re seeking a highly skilled Interior Architectural Drafter to support our Interior Design studio with a primary focus on interior architecture documentation and 3D visualization. This is a production-oriented role ideal for someone who is technically strong, detail-driven, and excited to take ownership of drafting and modeling needs across interiors projects. While this position will work closely with the Interiors team, there will be opportunities to collaborate with the Architecture team as needed.

This role is skill-forward; we are open to candidates with fewer years of experience if their drafting and 3D modeling capabilities are exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce comprehensive interior architecture drawing sets (plans, elevations, sections, details)
• Support the Interior Design team by handling the majority of interior drafting needs
• Create high-quality 3D models and renderings using SketchUp and Lumion
• Translate design concepts into clear, accurate construction documents
• Coordinate with interior designers, architects, and project managers to maintain design intent
• Assist Architecture team with drafting and modeling support when required
• Maintain organized project files and documentation across multiple projects

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of professional experience, or demonstrably strong technical skill set
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD with a focus on interior architecture drafting
• Strong working knowledge of SketchUp and Lumion for 3D modeling and renderings
• Exceptional attention to detail and production accuracy
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment
• Comfortable working primarily in-person and collaborating across disciplines
• A proactive mindset with a desire to grow technically within a design-focused practice
