Harrison Design is seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Architect/Architectural Designer with 2-5 years of experience to join our Atlanta team. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, a passion for high-end residential architecture and a desire to build a long-term career as part of our team. You’ll be involved in multiple projects from conceptual design through construction observation, with a focus on producing detailed construction documents and coordinating across disciplines. You’ll support project managers in all phases of design & documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and production of permit & construction documents
• Manage & oversee junior team members
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design intent is executed
• Develop 3D models and visualizations
• Coordinate project documentation
• Participate in client meetings and site visits
• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy throughout the design process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture (or equivalent)
• 2-5 years of professional experience in the field of architecture
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Lumion (other 3D software a plus)
• Strong technical knowledge of construction documentation and techniques
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in-person and manage local travel as needed
