Kathrine McCoy Architect is seeking a Senior Project Architect with at least 5 years experience to join our team. We are looking for a motivated self-starter with experience in all phases of design and construction. The ideal candidate will be a driven designer with experience detailing traditional homes, who is ready to jump in and help execute all phases our projects. Remote and in-person positions are available.

Qualifications

• Experience with traditional buildings and developing traditional project details.
• Experience leading a project from concept design through project completion.
• A strong aesthetic sense, with the ability to translate design into a tidy drawing set.
• Professional Degree in Architecture
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. 3D rendering and hand drawing skills a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
