A Classical Studio, an award-winning residential firm in Roswell, is looking for a full time Project Coordinator with a minimum of five to seven years of experience to work on a wide range of developments, home renovations, and high-end custom residential projects. Our designs cover a wide range of architectural styles and are located throughout the US with a focus on the Southeast. Our office is an energetic and collaborative environment with growth opportunities.

Position Responsibilities

• Working closely with senior staff on all phases of project development from conceptual design through construction completion.
• Creating presentation material and deliverables including milestone drawing sets and digital models.
• Production of construction documents.
• Integration of structural and building systems, including coordination with consultant engineers.
• Research and evaluate building codes, construction techniques, and materials.
• Assisting with on-site measurements of existing buildings.

Minimum Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Architecture required from a NCARB accredited program/ Master of Architecture preferred.
• Demonstrates proficiency in AutoCAD required, familiarity of Sketchup or other graphic software a plus.
• Demonstrate a proficient understanding of construction techniques including wall assemblies with different material types.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (In Design and Photoshop).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
