Description: Full Time Carpenter/Joiner needed for unique restoration workshop. This is a full time position and includes health insurance and paid vacation. Located in the Buckhead area ofAtlanta we are a specialist in the salvage of European and American architectural antiques.This is a unique opportunity to work with and explore a wide range of antique joinery techniques while restoring and preparing for reuse doors, windows, and paneling in both new construction and restoration/preservation projects. Skill in dutch jointing and replicating unique moulding profiles is a must. Experience in door hanging and rudimentary carving is a plus. This is strictly a workshop position as we do not offer installation services. The right candidate must be self-motivated and able to work well independently while also being an active part of a larger team of salvage enthusiasts.
