Tiek Design is seeking a highly organized and proactive Studio Operations Coordinator to support the coordination and workflow of the studio across multiple high-end residential architecture and interiors projects.

The ideal candidate brings strong operational and administrative skills, a calm and detail-oriented approach, and the ability to confidently manage moving parts within a creative studio environment. Experience within architecture, interiors, construction, or related design industries is highly valued, though we are equally interested in candidates with strong systems and operations experience from adjacent fields.

Working closely with the Principal and project team, this role will help manage project timelines, studio priorities, procurement administration, and internal coordination to ensure projects move forward smoothly and the studio remains organized and aligned in our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate weekly project workflow, studio priorities, and internal deadlines
  • Lead weekly project meetings and maintain action lists and follow-up items
  • Support team coordination across multiple active architecture and interiors projects
  • Maintain and improve internal systems, workflows, and project organization
  • Support interiors procurement administration, including ordering coordination, tracking, schedules, and budget adherence
  • Coordinate communication with vendors, consultants, and suppliers as needed
  • Assist with general studio administration and operational support

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational, administrative, and operational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple moving priorities proactively with clarity and attention to detail Confidence working within digital systems, software platforms, and operational workflows, with the ability to improve studio organization and efficiency through technology
  • Past experience with project coordination, operations, procurement, or studio administration highly valued Experience in architecture, interior design, construction, or related creative industries is preferred Self-directed, proactive, and highly dependable
  • Calm, professional, and collaborative approach
