Led by Partners and Principal Designers Krista Nye Nicholas and Tami Ramsay, Cloth & Kind is a full-service luxury design studio based in Ann Arbor, Michigan and Athens, Georgia. Cloth & Kind works on projects nationwide, ranging from new builds to historical renovations and restorations.

Krista Nye Nicholas helms the Michigan office, which serves as the design studio and is home to Cloth & Kind Showroom – an artisanal trade resource serving designers throughout the Midwest. Widely lauded for creating spaces brimming with story and substance, Cloth & Kind’s projects include a meticulous mix of one-of-a-kind finds, custom pieces, and a heavy dose of artisanal textiles, color, and pattern.
