About

Based in Jupiter, Florida, KIRCHHOFF & ASSOCIATES ARCHITECTS (K&AA) specialize in timeless designs for residences that blend historical precedence with modern living.

Established by Thomas Kirchhoff in 1994, K&AA has developed an extensive portfolio of singular homes in southeastern Florida, primarily in the Town of Palm Beach, Lost Tree Village, and Jupiter Island. In addition, K&AA is committed to the preservation and enhancement of Florida’s rich architectural heritage and has restored and renovated historic structures designed by a roster of Palm Beach’s early architects that include Addison Mizner, Maurice Fatio, Howard Major, John Volk, and Marion Sims Wyeth.

Rooted in classical design principles, K&AA is proficient in Georgian, Mediterranean, Bermudian, French Regency, and contemporary styles, and has earned wide recognition for tailored, detailed, and well balanced designs. “Our guiding philosophy,” says Kirchhoff “is that a home is for the enjoyment of life. A home must be beautiful, practical, and fit harmoniously into its environment. It should uniquely express the personality and taste of the client, while gracefully accommodating their lifestyle. Our goal is to surpass our clients’ every expectation in both creativity and service.”
